为了探讨免疫调节剂——香菇多糖治疗恶性肿瘤的机制,本文用流式细胞术——DNA单参数检测法对45例恶性肿瘤患者化疗加免疗及化疗前后的外周血细胞的凋亡(APO)水平和细胞增殖活性进行了对比研究.结果发现:(1)恶性肿瘤患者外周血细胞APO、SPF和PI均明显高于健康对照组,分别为4.48%±7.96%、0.69%±0.74%、2.13%±2.28%和0.25%±0.28%、0.38%±0.18%、0.92%±0.86%,P<0.01.这表明肿瘤患者血细胞有具有明显的生物学特征.患者经过免疗或化疗后其APO进一步升高,免疗加化疗组为8.84%±10.17%(P<0.01),单纯化疗组为12.02%±13.68%(P<0.01);SPF和PI分别减低,PI减低更
In order to investigate the mechanism of immunomodulator, lentinan, for the treatment of malignant tumors, the apoptosis of peripheral blood cells (APO) before and after chemotherapy and chemotherapy was studied in 45 patients with malignant tumors by flow cytometry-DNA single parameter assay. The level and cell proliferation activity were compared. The results showed that: (1) APO, SPF and PI in peripheral blood cells of patients with malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in healthy controls, which were 4.48%±7.96%, 0.69%±0.74%, and 2.13%, respectively. ±2.28% and 0.25%±0.28%, 0.38%±0.18%, 0.92%±0.86%, P<0.01. This indicates that the blood cells of tumor patients have obvious biological characteristics. The patient’s APO is further elevated after the treatment or chemotherapy. The rates of high, no treatment plus chemotherapy were 8.84%±10.17% (P<0.01), and 12.02%±13.68% in the chemotherapy alone group (P<0.01); the SPF and PI were reduced, and the PI was reduced more.
