如今如何建立一个完善的企业内部控制已成为一个热门的话题。人们发现一个有效的内部控制是企业高效管理的必要组成部分,也是企业进行风险防范和提升管理水平的重要手段。进而也间接影响一个企业的市场竞争力和长远的经济效益。通过以L集团为例,分析了我国煤炭企业内部控制的现状,指出其内部控制存在的问题,并提出相应的完善对策。
Now how to establish a perfect internal control has become a hot topic. People find that an effective internal control is an essential part of the efficient management of enterprises and an important means for enterprises to prevent risks and improve their management level. Which in turn will indirectly affect the market competitiveness and long-term economic benefits of an enterprise. By taking Group L as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of the internal control of coal enterprises in our country, points out the problems existing in its internal control and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
