市场营销能力是建筑装饰行业要求员工具备的关键能力之一,职业院校设计专业在培养学生市场营销能力过程中,营销类课程与设计类课程相互脱节,培养效果打折扣。本文论述“工学一体化”的课程模式对培养设计专业学生市场营销能力的优势并提出实施过程中具体措施。
Marketing ability is one of the key competencies required by staff members in the construction and decoration industry. During the course of cultivating students’ marketing ability, the design specialty of vocational colleges is out of line with the design courses, resulting in discouraging training. This article discusses the curriculum mode of “integration of work and study” to the advantages of developing the marketing ability of design major students and puts forward the specific measures in the process of implementation.
