进行并购可以扩大企业规模,从而提高抗风险的能力,同时又能完善产业链条,培育新的增长点。但是,作为农资企业,我们需要认识到并购也是一个高风险的过程,能不能找到合适的并购对象,在这个过程中有没有注意到相应的问题,并购后能不能将并购对象和已有的业务很好地结合起来,都直接影响着协同效益的发挥。如果不能很好地处理相关问题,并购给企业带来的就不是机遇,而是包袱。在生产领域,我们会遇到技术融合问题,在流通领域,会遇到经营模式的结合问题。因此,战略(Strategy)、财务(Finance)、定位(Locate)、文化(Culture)、人才(Talent)就成为决定并购成败的几个关键点。
