以往牙齿漂白常用稀盐酸,有脱矿作用,可引起牙本质过敏。近来所用牙齿漂白胶的主要成分是过氧化脲。为研究过氧化脲漂白胶对牙釉质和牙本质超微结构的影响,用因患牙周病刚拔下并刷洗干净的完整牙齿作试验。分2组,每组5个牙,第1组为对照组,把牙齿浸泡在蒸馏水内72h。第2组先用牙钻形成Ⅰ类洞(暴露牙本质),然后把牙齿浸泡在过氧化脲漂白胶内72h(漂白胶每24h更换1次)。把两组牙齿取出洗净,在空气中干燥,劈成碎片的标本用硬膏固定在载玻片上,再分成小片用特殊胶固定,用乙醇脱水、干燥,用扫
