针对通用CFD软件FLUENT在复合式注浆搅拌机数值计算过程中应用效率较低的问题,作者基于参数设计思想,在VC++开发环境下对FLUENT进行了二次开发,建立了复合式注浆搅拌机参数化CFD分析平台。基于该平台开发了搅拌机样机。通过样机制浆效果试验检验了所构建的CFD分析平台。结果表明,在简化数值计算过程、提高搅拌机开发效率和研究水平方面具有可靠性和实用价值。
In view of the low efficiency of FLUENT, a common CFD software, in the numerical calculation process of composite grouting mixer, the author carried out secondary development of FLUENT under the VC ++ development environment based on the idea of parameter design, and established the parameterization of compound grouting mixer CFD analysis platform. Blender prototype was developed based on this platform. The constructed CFD analysis platform was tested by the prototype pulping effect test. The results show that it has reliability and practical value in simplifying the numerical calculation process and improving the development efficiency and research level of the mixer.
