建立了测定胶囊剂中橙皮甙的ＨＰＬＣ法，色谱条件为ＹＭＣ—ＰａｃｋＯＤＳ—Ａ色谱柱（日本），甲醇－水－冰醋酸（４０：６０：０．５）为流动相．２８４ｎｍ检测波长。该法简便、灵敏、准确，橙皮甙在１１～７７μｇ／ｍｌ浓度内线性关系良好（Υ一０．９９９５），平均加样回收率为９６．７％（ＲＳＤ＝１．６５％，ｎ＝５）。
An HPLC method was established for the determination of hesperidin in capsules. The chromatographic conditions were YMC-PackODS-A column (Japan) and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (40:60:0.5) as the mobile phase. 284nm detection wavelength. The method was simple, sensitive and accurate. The linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 11-77μg/ml (Υ0.9995). The average recovery was 96.7% (RSD=1.65%, n= 5).
