近几年来,我国的教育体制呈现多元化的趋势,在学科教育稳步发展的同时,高等职业教育也蓬勃发展起来。高等职业教育与学科教育最大的区别在于前者立足岗位、立足于需求,培养的是社会急需的实践能力强、适应第一线需要的应用型人才。但是,由于教育规模的扩大和招生数量的扩大,生源素质相对下降,给教育质量带来一定影响。因此,如何坚持高等职业教育的质量标准,切实提高教育教学质量是高等职业教育面临的重大课题。
In recent years, the education system in our country shows a tendency of diversification. As the subject education develops steadily, the higher vocational education also flourishes. The biggest difference between higher vocational education and discipline education lies in the fact that the former bases itself on posts and bases on needs. What is cultivated is an application-oriented talent that is urgently needed by the society and capable of adapting to the needs of the front line. However, due to the expansion of education scale and the increase of enrollment, the quality of students is relatively declining, which has a certain impact on the quality of education. Therefore, how to uphold the quality standards of higher vocational education and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching are the major issues facing higher vocational education.
