目的通过对乡镇卫生院医务人员工作满意度调查,了解其心理需求,以便采取相应的措施提高他们的工作积极性,从而更好地为病人提供高质量的医疗服务。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法,从南、北、东疆随机抽取6个县的18个乡镇卫生院或中心卫生院的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果医务人员对自己工作总的满意度不高,达到较满意以上者仅占31.8%,大多表示态度一般。医务人员不满意的因素主要是福利待遇、工资收入等项目。结论根据影响不同医务人员满意度的因素,采取不同的管理措施及激励手段,以提高乡镇卫生院医务人员的工作积极性,从而更好地为农村居民提供高质量的医疗服务。
Objective To investigate the psychological satisfaction of medical workers in township health centers to understand their psychological needs and to take corresponding measures to improve their enthusiasm for work so as to provide better quality medical services to patients. Methods A random stratified sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 18 township health centers or central health centers in six counties randomly from south, north and east. Results The overall satisfaction of medical staff on their work was not high, reaching only 31.8% who were more satisfied, most of them said they were in a general attitude. Medical staff are not satisfied with the main factors such as benefits, wage income and other projects. Conclusion According to the factors that affect the satisfaction of different medical staffs, different management measures and incentive measures are taken to improve the enthusiasm of medical personnel in township hospitals so as to provide better quality medical services to rural residents.
