后进生是班级内一个特殊的小团体,后进生的转化工作更是班主任工作的难点。他们厌学、贪玩、喜欢表现自我,却和主流格格不入,是一个实际意义上的“弱势群体”。但是换个角度看,这些孩子有着长足的进步空间,是德育工作发挥作用的最大平台。
After graduating students is a special small group within the class, after the transformation of students is more difficult task director. They are tired of learning, playing fun and like to show themselves, but are incompatible with the mainstream. They are actually “disadvantaged groups ”. But from another perspective, these children have great room for progress, is the largest platform for moral education to play its role.
