在城市公共事业当中,由于基础工程建设成本处于高位,制约着城市建设的发展,譬如地铁工程的基础建设,目前处于一个起步的阶段,面临着高造价、少资金等问题。因此,本文将对地铁基础工程建设财务存在的问题进行分析,探讨财务管理的具体办法,以提高建设的资金有效利用,促进地铁事业的科学发展。
In the urban public utilities, due to the high cost of basic construction projects, restricting the development of urban construction, such as the infrastructure construction of the subway project, is at a preliminary stage and facing such problems as high cost and less capital. Therefore, this article will analyze the problems existing in the financial construction of the basic construction of the subway, and discuss the specific methods of financial management in order to improve the effective utilization of funds for construction and promote the scientific development of the subway industry.
