为适应基础教育新课程改革的实验与实施,国家各级教育部门对基础教育在职教师进行了多轮培训,取得了许多成效,但依然存在着不足与问题。为了进一步创新基础教育师资培训模式,更好地给基础教育培养适应新课程实践的合格教师,培训者就应转变培训观念、优化培训内容,关注培训过程、转变培训的策略与实践方式。
In order to meet the experiment and implementation of the new curriculum reform in basic education, the education departments at all levels conducted many rounds of training for serving teachers in basic education with many achievements, but there are still some shortcomings and problems. In order to further innovate the basic education teacher training model and better train qualified teachers who adapt to the new curriculum practice in basic education, trainers should change the training concept, optimize the training content, pay attention to the training process and change the training strategies and practices.
