以当前商业综合体建设中最热衷讨论的“游憩商业区”为研究视阈,先对我国商业综合体的发展历史、面临问题及挑战进行简单介绍,接着依次阐述游憩空间、游憩商业空间的定义与发展情况,然后以武昌徐东大道商业综合体项目为例,从建筑规划布局、空间组织形式、交通流线组织、游憩商业空间营造等方面,论述基于“游憩”体验下的综合体建筑空间设计重点,以期能为商业综合体建筑的转型与城市游憩资源的开发起到一定的推动作用。 Based on the research perspective of “Recreational Business District”, which is the most talked about in the construction of commercial complex, we first briefly introduce the development history, problems and challenges of our commercial complex, and then elaborate the recreational space, recreational commercial space Then, taking the commercial complex project of Xudong Avenue in Wuchang as an example, this paper discusses the construction of commercial complex based on the experience of “Recreation ” from the perspectives of architectural planning and layout, spatial organization, traffic flow organization and recreational commercial space construction.
