According to the Hebei Metallurgical Air Separation Equipment Academic Exchange Conference decided to discuss, after nearly six months to organize, Hebei Institute of Metals on January 4, 1988 approved the establishment of “Metallurgical Institute of Hebei Province metal air separation equipment group.” Aiming at technical exchange and exchange of experience in air separation equipment management in terms of reconstruction, expansion, installation and operation of Hebei Metallurgical Air Separation Plant, transformation and tapping potential, troubleshooting and so on; and strengthening the information ditch between units owned by the province’s metallurgical air separation plant
