超氧化物歧化物(SOD)是生物体内自由基清除剂之一,它主要作用于超氧阴离子,降低它产生的毒性反应。所以检测机体SOD水平可反映机体抵抗氧毒的能力。为此我们测定了老年多器官功能衰竭(MOFE)患者及不同年龄组健康人血红细胞中SOD含量变化,以便为抗衰老研究及MOFE诊治提供新的指标和依据。
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is one of the free radical scavengers in the body. It acts mainly on superoxide anion and reduces its toxic reaction. So testing the body’s SOD level can reflect the body’s ability to resist oxygen toxicity. To this end, we measured the changes of SOD in red blood cells of elderly patients with multiple organ failure (MOFE) and healthy people of different ages so as to provide new indexes and basis for anti-aging research and MOFE diagnosis and treatment.
