为了更好的应对日益严重的环境问题,环境公益诉讼制度就应运而生了。本文对环境法的公益诉讼制度一些基本理论进行初步的探讨,以期对环境公益诉讼制度的研究有所帮助。
In order to better deal with the increasingly serious environmental problems, environmental public interest litigation system came into being. This article makes a preliminary discussion on some basic theories of public interest litigation system of environmental law so as to be helpful to the research of environmental public interest lawsuit system.
