1病例报告患者女,7岁7个月。1周前不慎从高处坠落(具体不详),当即感头痛,后症状完全缓解未在意。4天前右侧颞枕顶部出现巨大包块,遂来我院就诊。入院头颅CT检查结果显示,右侧颞枕部多发跨横窦梭形混杂密度影,枕部及颞部两处占位与其他部位相比密度明显偏低,右侧小脑及右侧颞枕叶脑组织受压;右侧颞枕骨骨皮质不连续,右侧颞枕顶部皮下软组织高密度影。初步诊断:(1)右侧颞枕部硬膜外血肿;(2)右侧颞枕骨骨折;
