我是二部制班的班主任。由于学生有半天不到学校,在开学以后把他們組織成几个家庭学习小組是十分重要的一件工作。在着手进行組織时,先进行家庭訪問,了解每个学生家庭的具体情况,并对家長反复說明組織家庭学习小組的重要性和必要性。在訪問中既要广泛征求他們的意見,同时还要发动家長中的积极分子給予支持和协助。而后分段召开家長会議,統一家長們对这个問題的認識,并解决一些具体問題。
