2001年—2003年，在江苏苏中地区的扬州(砂壤土)和高邮(粘土)，以中筋小麦扬麦11号和宁麦9号为材料，研究了两类不同专用小麦品种在不同施氮量、不同氮肥运筹条件下品质的变化规律及与产量的关系，探讨了苏中地区不同类型专用小麦实现优质、高产的氮肥施用技术。试验主要结果如下： 1、施氮量对弱、中筋专用小麦品质的影响 增加施氮量，显著提高了籽粒蛋白质含量、干(湿)面筋含量、沉降值及籽粒硬度
