目的研究紫外线消毒和臭氧消毒两种水处理工艺对水体中嗜水气单胞菌和类香菌两种病原菌的去除效果。方法分别取含菌量为107~108 cfu/ml的类香菌和嗜水气单胞菌的无菌水和中水,在不同紫外线光照时间(0、2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16 min)和不同臭氧水浓度(0、6.00、10.00、12.86、15.00、16.67、18.00、19.09、20.00 mg/L)条件下,研究臭氧水、紫外线对类香菌和嗜水气单胞菌的杀灭效果。结果紫外线杀灭无菌水和中水中类香菌的最佳辐照时间分别为16 min(99.75%),10 min(99.97%);而杀灭无菌水和中水中嗜水气单胞菌的最佳辐照时间分别为12 min(99.99%),10 min(99.76%)。臭氧水杀灭无菌水中类香菌和无菌水中嗜水气单胞菌的最佳浓度分别为20.00 mg/L(99.99%),16.67 mg/L(99.99%)。结论在相同条件下,无菌水和中水中的嗜水气单胞菌对紫外线和臭氧这两种消毒剂均较类香菌敏感。
Objective To study the effects of UV disinfection and ozone disinfection on pathogens of Aeromonas hydrophila and Ciclone in water. Methods Sterile water and medium water were respectively collected from the genus Ciclosporidium and Aeromonas hydrophila containing 107 ~ 108 cfu / ml of bacteria. The effects of UV light irradiation time (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12,14,16 min) and different ozone water concentrations (0,6.00,10.00,12.86,15.00,16.67,18.00,19.09,20.00 mg / L) conditions, the study of ozone water, ultraviolet light on the class of aromatic and phlegm Monosomic killing effect. Results The optimal irradiation time of UV-sterilizing water and water-like bacteria was 16 min (99.75%) and 10 min (99.97%), respectively. However, the killing time of Aeromonas hydrophila The best irradiation time was 12 min (99.99%) and 10 min (99.76%), respectively. The optimum concentrations of ozone water to kill the bacteriocin in sterile water and Aeromonas hydrophila in sterile water were 20.00 mg / L (99.99%) and 16.67 mg / L (99.99%), respectively. Conclusions Under the same conditions, Aeromonas hydrophila in both aseptic and intermediate waters is more sensitive to both ultraviolet and ozone disinfectants than toxins.
