以卡波姆为基质制备盐酸洛美沙星凝胶的方法,采用一阶导数分光光度法测定含量。方法简便,结果准确。实验证明本品无刺激性,稳定性较好。
The method of preparing Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride Gel with carbomer as matrix was determined by the first-order derivative spectrophotometry. The method is simple and the result is accurate. Experiments show that this product is non-irritating, good stability.
