目的:考察注射用头孢唑肟钠和维生素B6注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药浓度和配制方法,将注射用头孢唑肟钠和维生素B6注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中混合后,在120min内对混合液进行外观观察,测定pH值及头孢唑肟的含量变化。结果:二者在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍30min后,出现白色浑浊和沉淀,pH值也发生明显改变并且头孢唑肟含量明显降低。结论:注射用头孢唑肟钠与维生素B6注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中存在理化方面的配伍不稳定,不能混合使用。
Objective: To investigate the compatibility of Ceftizoxime and Vitamin B6 injection in 5% dextrose injection. Methods: The clinical drug concentration and preparation method were simulated. After the injection of ceftizoxime sodium and vitamin B6 injection in 5% glucose injection, the appearance of the mixture was observed within 120 minutes. The pH and the concentration of ceftizoxime Content changes. Results: The white turbidity and sediment appeared after 5 minutes in 5% dextrose injection, the pH value also changed significantly and the content of ceftizoxime decreased obviously. Conclusion: The combination of ceftizoxime sodium and vitamin B6 injection in 5% dextrose injection has instability in physicochemical compatibility and can not be mixed.
