As an effective organizational form of corporate mass quality management activities, QC group activities (Quality Management Group activities) were born in Japan in 1962; at the 1966 Annual Meeting of Quality Organization in Europe, they began to be internationally recognized. Through the team’s application of quality management theory and methods, it has scientifically carried out activities to improve the quality of personnel and the prevention and improvement of quality problems. It has been valued and welcomed by many enterprises and has gradually become an important pillar of total quality management and has been rapidly developed.
