Objective To study the growth period and agronomic traits of Radix et Rhizoma Curculigo in different climatic regions, and to provide a reference for the cultivation of A. niloticum seed. Methods A randomized block design was adopted to study the effects of different climatic conditions on the growth stages of Acipenser sinensis under different climatic conditions. The agronomic traits of Acipenser solani under different climates were compared and the correlations were analyzed , Multiple regression analysis and path analysis. Results The growth period analysis of Gastrodia elata in different climatic regions showed that the gastrodia tuberous seedling could be obtained more than one month earlier than the natural gas in the natural environment of Xindobahe in Xiaolacaoba. The multiple comparisons and analyzes of agronomic traits showed that there were some differences in agronomic characters between different grades of Amaranthus according to different climatic regions. Variation analysis of agronomic traits showed that the coefficient of variation of agronomic traits of the same level of U. medusa was not significantly different in different climatic regions. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between agronomic traits of G. maxima in different climate regions. Correlation, path analysis and multivariate regression analysis showed that the number of flowers per plant is the most important factor that affects the number of capsule per plant. Conclusion According to the data of growth period and agronomic traits of Jatropha curcas, it is feasible to cultivate Ustilago regia under natural conditions in Kunming.
