长春市是一座仅有200多年历史的年轻城市,与我国众多的古城相比,历史称不上悠久,遗迹称不上珍稀。但是,长春市却以其独特的地域特色和历史进程而引人注目,堪称为中国近代史上的典型城市。长春市现存大量的历史建筑,可以说是宝贵的文化遗产,毁之不可再生,催之不可再成。所以,对长春市历史建筑的保护是一项具有长远性且意义重大的课题。本文以长春市“大和旅馆”旧址的保护再利用工程为实例展开研究,希望能对相关历史建筑的修复提供有价值的参考。 Changchun is a young city with a history of more than 200 years. Compared with many ancient cities in our country, history can not be called a long history. However, Changchun City is famous for its unique geographical features and historical process, which is a typical city in modern Chinese history. Changchun City, a large number of existing historical buildings, can be said that the precious cultural heritage, destroyed irreversible, reminded no longer be. Therefore, the protection of historic buildings in Changchun City is a long-term and significant issue. In this paper, Changchun City, “Daiwa Hotel ” site protection and reuse project as an example to study, hoping to provide relevant historical building restoration valuable reference.
