近年来高职院校跨越式发展,规模急剧扩大,为经济发展、产业转型升级提供了强有力的基础人才支撑,中层执行力直接影响着高职院校发展战略的目标的实现。目前高职院校中层执行力不尽人意的现状,直接影响着学院战略目标的实现与否,中层管理者执行力偏差主要体现在:总体素质参差不齐、老好人思想意识滋长、担当意识不强、服务意识薄弱、评价机制陈旧、执行过程控制失位等,为了加强和改进高职学院校行政执行力,必须从严把入口、加强培训、明晰任务、控制过程、完善制度等环节进行改进,切实提高执行力,确保实现组织战略目标。
