间歇指令通气(intermittent mandatory ventilation,IMV)是指通气机以预设的频率向患者气道内输送定量的正压通气,在两次通气周期间允许患者自主呼吸。我们在总结了以往的机械通气治疗中的经验教训的基础上,回顾并总结了我院胸内科1984~1997年收治的呼吸功能衰竭患者,在使用自行研制的简易间歇指令通气装置后的临床疗效,并探讨其临床应用价值。 1 资料和方法 1.1 一般资料 为我院胸内科1984~1997年呼吸重症监护病房(RICU)收治的危重呼吸衰竭患者共100例。其中男77例、女23例,年龄(57.38±13.36)岁。病种:肺心病合并呼衰、心衰患者82例,支气管哮喘持续状态导致呼衰10例、特发性肺纤维化3例、支气管扩张重症感染致呼衰3例、急
