气相色谱法测定矿石等固体样品中气体成分,由于必须将被测组分转变为气体并载入色谱柱分离,因而存在着在密封情况下加试剂,分解试祥和色谱进样等困难。文献是在真空条件下实现加试剂和分解试样以及扩散法进样完成色谱分析的,故分析装置复杂,操作烦琐,分析速度慢,且难于应用。 本文根据气相色谱分析的特点,设计了一个小体积试样分解反应器,接入色谱仪。用盐酸分解碳酸盐,转换气路即可将析出的二氧化碳送入色谱分析系统进行分离和测定。本法装置简便,分析快速,准确性及重现性较好,少量金属及较大量硫化物等不干扰测定,适用于测定矿石中碳酸盐。

Based on the characteristics of gas chromatographic analysis, this paper designed a small volume sample decomposition reactor, access to the chromatograph. With hydrochloric acid decomposition of carbonate, the gas can be converted into the separation of carbon dioxide into the chromatographic analysis system for separation and determination. The method is simple, rapid analysis, accuracy and reproducibility is good, a small amount of metal and a large amount of sulfide does not interfere with the determination, suitable for the determination of carbonates in ores.
