目的:观察麻黄颗粒合缩泉胶囊治疗下元虚寒型儿童原发性夜间遗尿症(PNE)的疗效。方法:将57例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组35例在干床训练的基础上选用缩泉胶囊和睡前口服麻黄颗粒,对照组22例为单纯干床训练,疗程均8周,治疗结束时判断其有效率和完全反应率。结果:有效率治疗组为80.0%,对照组为45.5%;完全反应率治疗组为45.7%,对照组为18.8%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未见心悸、失眠、头晕、头痛等不良反应。结论:麻黄颗粒合缩泉胶囊治疗下元虚寒型儿童PNE有效,无明显不良反应。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Mahuang Granule Hechuquan Capsule in the treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis (PNE) in Xiaoyuan children. Methods: 57 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in the treatment group were selected on the basis of dry-bed training with Quanquan Capsule and Oral Mahuang granules before going to bed. In the control group, 22 cases were only dry-bed training, At the end of treatment to determine the efficiency and complete response rate. Results: The effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 45.5% in the control group. The complete response rate was 45.7% in the treatment group and 18.8% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). No palpitations, insomnia, dizziness, headache and other adverse reactions were found in the treatment group. Conclusion: Ephedra Capsule He Quan Capsule treatment of Xiaoyan children PNE effective, no significant adverse reactions.
