以我国大型煤炭企业扩张发展时期为背景,剖析了其产业扩张发展、区域扩张发展、资本扩张发展及其带来的产业、区域、人员、文化等多元化特色,分析了快速扩张及多元化发展给人力资源管理造成的人员供需紧张、文化冲突加剧、转移通道不畅等问题,并提出了合理配置与培养人才、加强文化整合与培训、疏通人员转移通道等人力资源配置及培训的对策。
