“宽带”计划的目标是通过深化优质服务,履行社会责任,塑造国家电网人的良好形象。“宽”是基础,要求供电员工提升整治素质,做到心底无私天地宽。“带”是手段,要求供电员工提升服务能力,以机关带动基层,以品牌服务队带动全员,为客户、为百姓、为社会提供周到服务。宽城满族自治县(简称宽城县)地处河北省东北部,承德市南部,全县面积1952平方千米,总人口23万人,是一个矿产资源较为丰富的山区县。
