采用“3T”模式,即以“TRIZ”为教学载体、“Triplelevels”(三层次)为教学策略、“ThreeMerges”(三融合)为教学途径来培养高职院校学生的技术创新能力,解决了高职院校学生是否需要培养创新能力、培养什么样的创新能力,以及如何培养创新能力等热点难题,破解了高职院校学生创新能力培养的载体、方法、途径和模式等系列瓶颈问题,走出了一条高职院校学生创新能力培养的新路。
