我省企业一线职工工资过低已经成了一种诅咒。究其原因主要是外部机制不健全——政府调控滞后和力度小;企业内部机制不健全——工会组织和一线职工话语权缺失。破除一线职工工资过低诅咒的对策,主要是以发挥政府和工会组织作用为核心的各种制度建设,包括成立最低工资专业委员会和劳动定额专业委员会等。
The frontline employees in our province have already become a curse. The main reason is that the external mechanism is not perfect - the government lags behind and lags behind; the internal mechanism of the enterprise is not perfect - the trade union organization and the frontline employees lack the right to speak. The measures to get rid of the curse of front-line workers whose wages are too low are mainly the construction of various systems with the core functions of government and trade union organizations as the core, including the establishment of professional committees for minimum wages and special commissions for labor quotas.
