长期以来,国有企业薪酬管理始终存在老旧的观念和管理手段,不利于应对如今来自国内外企业的竞争,应适时调整适应市场要求的薪酬激励体制,使其更加科学、合理并有利于企业长远发展。文章重点分析当前国有企业薪酬制度现状存在的问题及原因,探讨解决策略,在此基础上提出健全国有企业薪酬决定机制、收入分配体系、制度约束等对策。
For a long time, state-owned enterprise compensation management always has old ideas and management methods, which is not conducive to the current competition from domestic and foreign enterprises. It should timely adjust the compensation incentive system that meets the requirements of the market to make it more scientific and reasonable and long-term for the enterprise development of. The article focuses on analyzing the existing problems and reasons of the present state-owned enterprise pay system, and discusses the solution strategies. On this basis, it puts forward measures to improve the pay decision mechanism, income distribution system and system constraints of state-owned enterprises.
