我省特殊教育专业教师数量严重不足、负担过重、分布不均;教师专业背景缺乏、专业素质参差不齐、职后培训缺乏系统性;教师心理健康问题检出率较高、职业倦怠显著、主观幸福感较低。发展特殊教育,必须加强师范院校特教专业建设,强化特教教师在职培训,关注特教教师心理健康,落实特教教师待遇。
The number of special education teachers in our province is seriously deficient, overburdened and unevenly distributed; lack of teachers ’professional backgrounds, uneven professional qualifications, lack of systematic training in post-employment; higher detection rate of teachers’ mental health problems, significant job burnout, Subjective well-being is low. To develop special education, we must strengthen the construction of special education specialty in normal universities and colleges, strengthen on-the-job training of special education teachers, pay attention to the mental health of special education teachers, and implement the treatment of special education teachers.
