目的:调查甘肃省调度人员压力状况,提高其压力管理能力和情绪管理能力。方法采用问卷调查的方法,评估甘肃省急救调度人员职业压力状况,通过引入员工心理援助项目,加大业务培训力度,增加员工团体活动频率等措施,达到放松、凝聚团队及提高团队人员业务能力的目的。结果 EAP干预降低了调度人员压力状况,提升了院外调度工作质量,加强了调度人员的责任意识,减少了不良事件的发生,提高了工作效率,降低了工作误差,确保了调度工作的准确、及时、安全、高效。结论从压力源入手,通过一系列干预措施,可以有效缓解压力,达到凝聚、放松团队及提高团队人员业务能力的目的。“,”Objective To investigate the stress status of pre-hospital dispatchers in Gansu Province, and to evaluate the effects of intervention with Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Methods An evaluation on occupational stress of pre-hospital dispatchers were conducted by using a questionnaire survey. An intervention of Employee Assistance Program (EAP), combining with a professional training was adopted to strengthen the team cohesion and improve the capability of the team personnel. Results After the EAP intervention the work efficiency of pre-hospital rescue dispatchers was effectively improved, and their consciousness of responsibility was also enhanced;the incidence rates of adverse events and work errors were obviously reduced. The intervention ensured dispatchers’work accurately, timely, safe and efficiently. Conclusion EAP interventions is effective in relieving the personnel’s stress and enhancing their entire team’s cohesion.
