案例销售部送来本季度的销售报告,其中罗列了销售数据,却没有分析销售额大幅下降的原因。对此总经理很不满意,让秘书于雪把报告退交销售部重写。于雪把报告交给销售部经理时,一个劲地说总经理如何如何不满意。刚开始销售部经理还能微笑着倾听,但听着听着,心里就不舒服了,进而产生抵触情绪,开始计较于雪的措辞。尽管他知道自己的报告没写好,但还是找了各种借口。于雪说一句他顶一句,最后两人不欢而散。
