①目的 探讨不同质量浓度的二氧化硅对体外培养细胞生长的的影响。②方法 将 4种不同质量浓度的二氧化硅 (0、2 0、10 0、2 0 0mg/L)加入含体外生长的大鼠肠上皮细胞株 (IEC 18)和小鼠成纤维细胞株 (L92 9)的培养液中 ,同时加入不同浓度的3 H胸腺嘧啶核苷 (3 HTdR) ,共同培养 4、2 4、72h后收集细胞 ,加闪烁液在液闪仪上计数。③结果 大鼠肠上皮细胞和小鼠成纤维细胞在加入二氧化硅后3 HTdR的参入量明显增加 (F =15 7.0~6 84 .8,q =9.5 6~ 5 1.5 0 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 二氧化硅可刺激细胞的生长代谢 ,加速细胞分裂
Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of silica on the growth of cells in vitro. 2 Methods Four different concentrations of silicon dioxide (0, 20, 100, 200 mg/L) were added to the rat intestine epithelial cell line (IEC 18) and mouse fibroblast cell line grown in vitro ( In the L92 9) culture medium, different concentrations of 3 H-thymidine (3 HTdR) were added at the same time. Cells were collected after 4, 24, and 72 h of incubation, and scintillation fluid was counted on a liquid scintillation counter. 3 Results In the rat intestinal epithelial cells and mouse fibroblasts, 3 HTdR incorporation was significantly increased after adding silica (F = 15 7.0 to 6 84 .8, q = 9.5 6 to 5 1.5 0 , P < 0 . 0 1). 4 Conclusion Silica stimulates the growth and metabolism of cells and accelerates cell division
