采用河北工业大学研制的新型高效立体传质塔板(CTST),先后在天津石化一厂、 新疆独山子炼油厂、洛阳石化总厂炼油厂的含硫污水汽提塔扩产改造中成功应用,在原塔 外壳不变的条件下,采用CTST塔板替换原浮阀塔板,改造后生产能力提高一倍以上;蒸 汽单耗降低 12%.
The new efficient three-dimensional mass transfer tray (CTST) developed by Hebei University of Technology has been successfully applied in the expansion of the expansion of sulfur-containing wastewater stripper in Tianjin Petrochemical First Plant, Xinjiang Dushanzi Refinery and Luoyang Petrochemical Complex Refinery. In the original tower shell under the same conditions, the replacement of the original valve trays with CTST tray, after transformation, production capacity more than doubled; steam consumption reduction of 12%.
