[目的]对野生河北木蓝进行繁殖试验,为其大规模的引种驯化提供依据。[方法]设计了扦插、种子萌发2组试验。[结果]在扦插试验中,IBA50~300mg/L均不同程度提高河北木蓝插条的成活率,其中以IBA300mg/L处理效果最佳,成活率达80%。该方法适用于木蓝大规模的引种驯化。在野生种子萌发试验中,热水浸种5min、浓度95%浓硫酸浸种处理对打破种子休眠有明显作用,以浓硫酸处理在砂基质中培养萌发率最高,冷水浸种24h对促进种子萌发无明显作用。[结论]引种河北木蓝在保持水土、发展畜牧业、恢复自然生态环境等方面具有重要意义。
[Objective] The experiment was carried out on wild Hebei Muhuang for its large-scale introduction and domestication. [Method] Two groups of experiments of cutting and seed germination were designed. [Result] In the cutting experiment, the IBA 50 ~ 300mg / L all improved the survival rate of M. mongolica to varying degrees, among which IBA 300mg / L had the best treatment effect and the survival rate reached 80%. The method is suitable for large-scale introduction and domestication of blue wood. In the germination test of wild seeds, soaking in hot water for 5min, the concentration of 95% concentrated sulfuric acid soaking treatment had a significant effect on breaking seed dormancy, the germination rate was the highest in sand substrate with concentrated sulfuric acid treatment, soaking in cold water for 24h had no significant effect on promoting seed germination . [Conclusion] Introducing Hebei Mulan was of great significance in maintaining water and soil, developing animal husbandry and restoring natural ecological environment.
