基于单片机与通信的数据采集控制系统,对被控对象经过传感器、电压变换电路、模拟/数字转换芯片以及单片机的连接,实现现场参数向单片机的传递,并且通过继电器驱动被控制对象的运行。而单片机以及PC机之间经过电平转换芯片的连接,实现远程通信。文中设计的系统能够有效地实现被控制对象的多种参数信息的采集,并且将其传递至PC机端,对相应数据进行处理,同时也能够选择通过PC机来远程控制被控制对象。
Based on the SCM and communication data acquisition and control system, the controlled object is connected with the sensor, the voltage conversion circuit, the analog / digital conversion chip and the singlechip to realize the transmission of the field parameters to the singlechip and to drive the operation of the controlled object through the relay. The MCU and PC through the level conversion chip connection, to achieve long-range communications. The system designed in this paper can effectively collect the various parameters of the controlled object and transfer it to the PC to process the corresponding data. At the same time, it can choose to control the controlled object remotely through the PC.
