在50—300℃范围内考查了非晶Fe_(76)Si_(10)B_(14)合金的磁导率衰减的动力学行为.给出了引起磁导率衰减的结构弛豫谱,计算了最可几激活能的分布范围.用Kronmü-ller发展的二能级单组态模型讨论了这类弛豫的可逆性,分析了磁导率衰减的根源.
The dynamic behavior of the permeability decay of amorphous Fe 76 Ce 10 B 14 alloys was investigated in the temperature range of 50-300 ℃. The structure relaxation spectra which caused the permeability decay were given. The distribution of the most activatable energy is discussed.The reversibility of this relaxation is discussed in the two-level, single-configuration model developed by Kronmüller and the origin of the permeability decay is analyzed.
