当前铁路公安教育训练中存在的主要问题是 :(一 )对公安教育训练优先发展的认识不到位 ;(二 )对公安教育训练的投入不足 ;(三 )公安教育训练工作存在着自身的不适应。解决上述问题的对策 :(一 )落实教育优先发展的地位 ,做到认识、责任、措施到位 ;(二 )确立能力培养为目标 ,深化教育训练内容、方法和考核机制的改革 ;(三 )建立复合型师资队伍 ,坚持“专兼结合 ,教学与实践结合 ,激励与评估机制结合” ;(四 )加大对公安教育训练的投入。 At present, the main problems existing in police public security education and training are: (1) inadequate understanding of prioritized development of public security education and training; (2) inadequate investment in public security education and training; (3) inadequate investment in public security education and training; and .
