一跃进131汽车第4缸流瓦,修理时更换了全部缸套、活塞及环、第4缸连杆。修复后,行驶了1000多公里,在时速40公里、载荷很小的情况下突然发生异响。停车检查,有机油、水、金属碎片、挺柱、推杆流落在地上。进一步检查发现:第4缸连杆折断,打裂第4缸附近缸体,机油滤清器破裂;起动机、机油泵损坏。拆开发动机后,发现连杆体(靠近小头)两侧凹槽部位有长度为50mm 的焊痕(断裂部位正好在焊痕处)。经了解,是送修时购买的连杆比
