铰制φ160×760的深孔(50钢件),过去我厂是采用高速钢铰刀。应用这种铰刀,切削速度很低,生产任务很难保证如期完成。后来,我厂学习西安兄弟厂经验,制造了硬质合金深孔铰刀(如图示)。实践证明,将普通车床改装,增加部分辅助装置,利用这种铰刀不仅切削速度可大大地提高,同时也保证了精度和表面光洁度,提高了生产率。如以
