为了解宁波市某高职医学院校大学生健康信息素养认知及服务需求状况,以分层整群随机抽样方法选择1 583名医学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果发现,只有10.0%的学生经常使用免费电子健康信息资源,72.1%的不了解中知网,46.7%的偶尔使用搜索引擎高级检索功能,48.0%的能对检索健康信息进行概括并提出新观点,30.3%的不会注明文献出处。结果提示,高职医学生健康信息素养水平较低,应积极探索提升大学生健康信息素养的新思路和新方法,发挥图书馆员的学科与技术优势,构建由图书馆员介入的基于岗位胜任力的健康信息素养课程体系,制定层次化、差异化的健康信息素养培养机制,建立健全健康信息网络传播平台,开展系统、科学的健康信息素养教育,不断提升健康信息素养水平。
To understand the health literacy awareness and service needs of a college medical college in Ningbo, 1 583 medical students were selected by stratified cluster random sampling to conduct self-administered questionnaires. The results showed that only 10.0% of students often used free eHealth information resources, 72.1% did not know Awareness Network, 46.7% used search engine advanced search function occasionally, and 48.0% were able to summarize and propose new ideas to retrieve health information , 30.3% do not indicate the source. The results suggest that the health information literacy of medical students in higher vocational colleges is relatively low, and new ideas and new methods should be actively explored to promote the health literacy of college students. The academic and technical advantages of librarians should be brought into full play. Based on the competence of librarians, Health information literacy curriculum system, the development of hierarchical and differentiated health information literacy training mechanism, establish and improve the health information network communication platform, to carry out systematic and scientific health information literacy education, and continuously improve the level of health information literacy.
