2016年由文化部修订后的《艺术品管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)自实施以来一直饱受关注,不管是其对于艺术品经营范围的重新定义,还是第一张罚单的开出,都让业界意识到,《办法》不再只是一纸空文,是真的要对那些不遵从规范经营的艺术机构动真章了。
