“绿水”这一概念是相对于“蓝水”而言,即是指除了地表水和地下水以外的其他形式的水资源,如地面蒸发到空气中的水。绿水这一概念的提出是水资源评估工作的一项重大改革,为水资源的管理提供了新的方向,这对于水资源严重匮乏的当今世界,是具有重大研究意义的。现本文中就从引入绿水概念入手,对水资源评估和管理进行研究探索。
The concept of “green water” is relative to “blue water”, which refers to other forms of water resources other than surface water and groundwater, such as water that evaporates into the air from the ground. The concept of green water is a major reform of water resources assessment and provides a new direction for the management of water resources. This is of great research significance in today’s world where water resources are scarce. In this paper, we start with the introduction of the concept of green water, research and exploration of water resources assessment and management.
