现代工笔画院是中华人民共和国文化部(文服函[2008]361号)和国家民政部(民函[2008]110号)审批注册新成立的国家级工笔画院。现代工笔画院以弘扬现代中国工笔画艺术、繁荣现代工笔画创作与振兴现代工笔画发展、使中国现代工笔画艺术走向世界为宗旨;以打造时代精品,推出新人为己任(见文化部社团网)。主管单位为文化部。
The modern painting academy is a newly established state-level fine art academy registered and approved by the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China (Wen Wei Han [2008] No. 361) and the Ministry of Civil Affairs (民 函 [2008] No. 110). In order to carry forward the modern Chinese painting art, prosper the creation of modern painting and revitalize the development of modern painting, modern Chinese painting academy aims to make Chinese modern painting art go to the world. It is our mission to build the fine times and launch new talents (see Ministry of Culture website) . The competent authority is the Ministry of Culture.
