在机械厂里往往会碰到带大内圆弧形工件半径尺的加工。在加工该种大 R 工件时,我们一般采用成对对称装夹进行车削加工。(见图1)然后用大游标卡尺或大内径量表测量该对称两内圆弧工件内径 D,这样工件半径 R 尺寸也就可得(即等于(D/2))。那么如何单件对该工件进行检测大内圆弧半径R 呢?下面介绍一种用三个等半径圆柱的检测方法。(见图2)设工件大内圆弧半径为 R 已知三个等圆柱半径为 r则在直角△OCO 中:
